We are a small group that focuses on renovating homes and bringing up neighborhoods in the Metro Atlanta area and other cities across the state of Georgia.
OUR PROCESS
We buy properties with much needed TLC and bring them up to great quality homes or partner up with other investors/groups who will bring them up to a quality home. We don't do many projects at the same time, that allows us to focus on quality work on each project.

Each new project we start working on we approach thoroughly and carefully. We will upgrade houses so, they meet all of the needs of the next owners to the best of quality.

PROPERTY
EVALUATION
We will help you evaluate your property and make an offer if you are looking to sell. We buy in As-Is condition and with no agent fees. As licensed agents in the state of GA, we can also list your property on FMLS and do the work of listing a home for you.
HONESTY
We are very transparent with our service. There are no hidden fees and we do our best to provide as much information about the property you require to make the best decision.
